iqonno Privacy Policy

  • Version: 1.0

  • Controller: Iqonno S.A.S., incorporated under Colombian law
  • Domicile: Cra. 55 # 100-51, Of. 712, C.C. Blue Gardens, Riomar, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
  • Data contact: admin@iqonno.com (subject Privacy:)

1. Controller identification

Iqonno S.A.S., operator of the website https://iqonno.com (the “Site”), is the controller of the personal data collected through the Site. Tax ID: NIT 902.090.427-8 (to be updated once the company is incorporated).

2. Scope

This Policy applies only to the Site (the iqonno corporate website). It does not apply to iqonno products with their own sites, such as Phareto (phareto.com) and Propietta (propietta.com): each has its own privacy policy, which exclusively governs data processing within that product. The Site only links to them.

3. Definitions

“Personal data”: information linked to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Data subject”: the person the data belongs to. “Processing”: any operation on data (collection, use, storage, transfer, deletion). “Processor”: whoever processes data on behalf of the controller.

4. Personal data we collect

The Site is static: it has no user accounts, no payments, and no database of its own. The only data it processes is:

  • 4.1 Contact form: the name, email, and message the data subject sends voluntarily. Submission is processed by a third party (FormSubmit), which forwards the message to our contact email; we do not store it in a database of our own.
  • 4.2 Server logs: the Site uses no analytics tools or third-party scripts. Cloudflare, as hosting provider, records aggregate technical data about requests (approximate country, device type, referring site) to operate and protect the service. No cookies or identifiers are used, and nobody is tracked across sites.
  • 4.3 Local preferences: the theme (light/dark) and language (es/en) preferences are stored in the data subject’s browser localStorage. That information never leaves their device and is never transmitted to us.
  • 4.4 Sensitive data: we do not request sensitive data. Please do not include it in the contact form.

5. Purposes of processing

Responding to inquiries received through the contact form; understanding in aggregate how the Site is used in order to improve it; and complying with legal obligations applicable to us.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Details on the preferences localStorage and the cookieless analytics are in the Cookie Policy.

Processing of the contact form is based on the data subject’s authorization when voluntarily submitting it. Aggregate, anonymous analytics is based on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site, without identifying anyone.

8. Processors and third parties

We share data only with processors needed to operate the Site:

ProcessorFunction
FormSubmitContact form processing (forwarding by email)
CloudflareStatic site hosting and service protection

We do not sell personal data.

9. International transfers

Some processors operate outside the data subject’s country. In those cases we require contractual safeguards equivalent to this Policy and applicable law.

10. Data retention

Contact form messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any relationship arising from it, or while a legal retention obligation exists. Analytics data is aggregate and anonymous, so it identifies no data subject. Preferences in localStorage remain in the data subject’s browser until they delete them.

11. Security

We apply reasonable measures: the Site is served encrypted in transit (TLS) and access to the mailbox receiving contact messages is protected and restricted. No system is infallible; we will notify security incidents as required by law.

12. Data subject rights

Under the Colombian Habeas Data regime (Law 1581 of 2012), the data subject may: access, update, and rectify their data; request proof of authorization; be informed of the use given to their data; revoke authorization and/or request deletion where no legal duty to retain exists; file complaints with the competent data protection authority.

13. Exercising rights

Requests to admin@iqonno.com with subject Privacy:, stating the data subject’s identity and the right exercised. We respond within the legal deadlines of Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012).

14. Children’s data

The Site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we detect a minor’s data without valid authorization, we will delete it.

15. Validity and changes

This Policy is effective from publication and while processing exists. Changes are published on the Site with a new version and date; the current version appears in the header.

16. Database registration

Where required, databases are registered with the National Database Registry of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
